01 12 27 KRAMER, Victor Applicant v. COMMISSION SCOLAIRE MARIE-VICTORIN Respondent THE APPLICATION FOR REVIEW Mr. Victor Kramer requested, on June 22, 2001, from the Commission scolaire Marie-Victorin (the school board), the following documents : « Please send me certified copies by of the following documents : : Resolution of their respective minutes as per the Educ. Act 834-68, 368-71, 492-71, 373-72, 397-76/77. PLS & not obstruct my search for truth & justice which is in progress. » On July 12, 2001, Secretary general of the school board replied, sending him a series of documents. On July 27, 2001, Mr. Kramer asked the Commission d'accès à l'information (the Commission) to review this decision. RELEVANT FACTS According to the evidence submitted by its counsel, the school board sent to Mr. Kramer some two centimeters of documents containing various resolutions of the school board, including the six resolutions he specifically requested.
01 12 27 - 2 -Mr. Kramer asked for certified copies. However, the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information 1 does not require public bodies to certify copies of documents obtained through the access to information process set out in the Act. THE DECISION Consequently, and for reasons discussed in Mr. Kramer's case n o 01 14 43 against the same respondent, the Commission REJECTS the application for review and CLOSES the file.
