VILLE DE LONGUEUIL Respondent DECISION THE REQUEST FOR REVIEW [1] On August 9, 2002, Mr. Richard Anthony Breakenridge requested the Ville de Longueuil (identified at the time as the Ville de Saint-Hubert) to disclose the following information concerning him: […] the list of persons who have consulted information which concerns me the list of the categories of persons who were exempted from registering when they consulted information which concerns me. [2] Not having received an answer, Mr. Breakenridge requested the Commission d'accès à l'information (the "Commission") to review the case.
Page: 2 THE PROOF AND ARGUMENTS i) The public body [3] The lawyer in charge of access to information, M e Carole Leroux, wrote to the Commission on November 1, 2002 affirming that Ville de Longueuil does not hold the documents requested because it already sent him all information it possessed in response to a previous request on which the Commission had ruled in file number 99 18 58. ii) The applicant [4] Mr. Breakenridge's comments on this position of the public body simply reiterated his request for information. DECISION [5] The uncontested affidavit of the person in charge of access to information for the public body affirms that no new information has been gathered by the public body, concerning the applicant, since the events referred to in the previous decision mentioned above.
